Warranty

1. WARRANTY CONDITIONS 

Your Car Mats/ Car Cover are warranted for a period of 12 Months from the date of Tracking number show delivered the following terms and conditions:

  • For: Car Mats, Car Cover
  • The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase of the mats.
  • During the warranty period and by presenting the proof of purchase, you will have the right to get a replacement or if the product is no longer available, we guarantee its replacement with a Mat/ Cover of the same or similar model/color.
  • 365 Vehicar Store has sole discretion to determine manufacturer’s defects
  • Car Mats/ Car Cover will only authorise the warranty claim if the product was purchased from our store. Questions about verification of authorised dealers should be sent to email support@dcmcarstore.com.

 

2. WARRANTY REFUSAL

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear or deterioration
  • As well as water or fire damage
  • The life of the footplate, trims, face material, scratches, fittings
  • Loss or theft.
  • Damages occurred from exposure to water or fire
  • Any damage of any part of the products resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, drops,dents, cracks, wacks,tears etc.) incorrect use of the mats
  • Damages caused by non-authorized persons (e.g. for re surfacing, services, repairs or alterations beyond our control)

 

3. WARRANTY INSTRUCTION

How to proceed with your warranty claim on your product:

Step 1: After receiving your order, if the items have been damaged, defective or wrong delivery, you must send the evidence (video, photo,…) 

Step 2: Send to our customer support email support@dcmcarstore.com or chatboxstating the products fault so we can check the information and find a solution for your case.

Please note that we will not accept to solve cases when the 1 year period has passed.

We will then check or inspect your product and advise on the situation in relation to Warranty Terms and Conditions.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • We will need to inspect the Mats/ Cover before replacements under warranty are made.
  • We provided free delivery on your initial purchase, you will be responsible for shipping fee of replacement.
